Lernio Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Lernio mobile app (the "App") published by Asya-AA ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

1. The account holder is the parent

Lernio is set up and managed by a parent or legal guardian on their own phone. The account holder must be at least 18 years old. A child's phone is linked to the family only with a one-time code created by the parent. The parent is responsible for the child's use of the App.

2. The service

Lernio provides a daily study plan, focus mode, mini quizzes, a knowledge map, an AI study coach, a weekly parent summary and parental phone control. We may change the App from time to time to improve it.

3. Subscription and payment

  • The full App is available with a Lernio Premium subscription (monthly or yearly). New customers may be offered a 3-day free trial.
  • Payments are processed by Google Play. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.
  • To cancel: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Uninstalling the App does not cancel the subscription.
  • Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
  • Prices are shown in your local currency on Google Play; price changes are announced in advance according to Google Play rules.

4. AI study coach

The study coach generates answers with AI and can make mistakes. It gives hints rather than answers. Its replies do not replace a teacher or professional advice. You can report an inappropriate reply from within the App.

5. Parental phone control

Remote lock, screen time and app limits may only be used on devices belonging to the parent's own family and in the child's interest. Using them to monitor or control another person's device is prohibited. The parent grants the required Android permissions (device admin, usage access) and can revoke them at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the App for unlawful purposes, try to bypass its security, reverse engineer it, try to access other people's data, or overload the service.

7. Intellectual property

The App, its design, content and curriculum packs belong to Asya-AA or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. Lernio is not affiliated with any ministry of education or other public authority.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is". Academic results are not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Liability for intent or gross negligence and mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in the App (see Account deletion). We may suspend accounts that seriously breach these terms.

10. Privacy

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will announce important changes in the App. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
