MatchIQ Account & Data Deletion

To have your MatchIQ account and related data deleted:

1. Send an email titled "MatchIQ account deletion" to info@asya-aa.com from the email address linked to your account.
2. If you signed in with Google, include your Google account email; if you used the app as a guest, include your leaderboard nickname.
3. We will confirm by email that we received your request.

To cancel a subscription, use Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription automatically.

What is deleted

Your account, email address or Google account details, favorite teams and leagues, prediction records and your Leaderboard nickname entry are deleted. Aggregate statistical counters that are kept without being linked to your identity cannot be traced to a person and are not part of the deletion. Details in the Privacy Policy.
