Delete your Lernio account

You can delete your Lernio account and all of your family's data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Lernio on the parent's phone.
2. Go to Account and subscription and tap Delete account and data.
3. Confirm. The family, all linked children's phones and all study data are deleted.

A child's phone can only remove its own link; the family account is deleted from the parent's phone.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email privacy@asya-aa.com from the email address of the parent's Google account with the subject "Delete my Lernio account". We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• The parent account, the family, linked phones, rules and parental control settings.
• Study sessions, quiz results, progress and reported coach answers linked to the family.

What may be kept

• Google Play keeps its own purchase records. To stop paying, cancel the subscription in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions.
• Anonymous question statistics that are not linked to any person.
